Grove: Animal Voice Game Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Exricel Studios handles information in Grove: Animal Voice Game and when you contact us.

Data We Collect

Grove does not collect personal data from the app. It does not require an account, include advertising or third-party analytics, or track you across apps and websites. We do not sell your data.

Microphone

With your permission, Grove uses the microphone for voice controls and setup. Audio is processed temporarily on your device and is neither saved as a recording nor uploaded.

Listening stops when you pause, leave the activity or put the app in the background. You can withdraw microphone access in iPhone Settings at any time. Voice controls need that permission; withdrawing it does not delete your saved data.

Local Data And Deletion

The game saves settings and progress on your device to remember your choices between sessions. These remain until changed or deleted. Grove does not send them to a developer server or provide its own cloud sync.

To remove local app data, use Delete App in iPhone Settings. Offloading the app keeps its data. Deleting can permanently remove your progress; we do not hold a server copy to restore. Device backups may include app data and are managed separately through your backup settings.

Support And Privacy Enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and anything you choose to attach. We and our email providers use this information to handle your enquiry and retain it only as reasonably needed for support, security and legal obligations.

You can request deletion of correspondence at privacy@exricel.com, subject to legal retention requirements. Please do not send passwords, payment details or private recordings.

Apple Services And This Website

Apple handles App Store services, device backups and optional system diagnostics under its own policies and your settings. See Apple's privacy information. Website hosting and studio contact practices are covered by the Exricel Studios website privacy policy.

Changes To This Policy

We will update this policy when our data practices change and revise the effective date above.
